Information Release Form
In order for parents to view student records pertaining to financial aid, a student may grant the parent third party access to the ISU on-line system of Accessplus. If this is not a viable option for the parent, the student can elect to complete the Information Release Form (PDF) giving permission for the Office of Student Financial Aid to speak directly with a parent regarding a student’s financial aid.
