Employment Verification Form

Employers of Work-Study students, complete the Employment Verification Form Online by completing the following steps:

1. Log into AccessPlus using your SSN or University ID and PIN/Password
2. Select uBusiness tab
3. Select Workstudy menu item
4. Enter student University ID in Key Field box (blue area at top of screen)
5. Select Workstudy EVF option
